Return Policy

We want you to love every purchase from Savannah & Pearl. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to accept eligible returns under the following conditions:

Return Window

Customers must contact Savannah & Pearl within 14 days of receiving their item to initiate a return or exchange.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in new, unused condition.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be attached and intact.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.

Return Process

• Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to request a return authorization.
• Once approved, items should be returned promptly to the address provided.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Returns can also be made in-store, at the customer’s expense.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for processing.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as jewelry, accessories, or custom pieces may be final sale. These items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

Savannah & Pearl reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.
